Driving through downtown Chicago at 4pm, not a good idea...but I see a SmartCar, so I'm thinking "cool." Then I see the passenger holding a baby in the passenger seat, no belt, nothing. I'm like IDIOTS! SmartCar= Smart People Driving it= Not smart :(

  4. It's illegal to drive a car while blind folded in Alabama.

It's also illegal to carry a ice cream cone in your pocket on Sunday.

    We have brilliant lawmakers. LOL.

  7. Well, being preggo, I kind of NEED cookies at the moment. This pregnancy hasn't been the best as I've been sick with one form of a cold or another for the past 2 months, now on antibiotics that aren't helping, but causing other issues that are worse. :sigh: So, cookies will brighten my day like nothing else will right now!

Can your cookies come caffeine infused? :P

  18. Interesting?

I'm listening to my son loudly protest bedtime...As in talking loudly and yelling "mommy" "momomomomomomomomom" and "mama" at the top of his lungs. He's also beating on the wall with his feet through the slats of his crib.

Oh, and in the 2 minutes it took me to log in and post this comment, he's fallen asleep already.

  19. Here is something my daughter does-

Me: "Kendall, what does Uncle Marc do?"
    Kendall: "Uncle Marc rock on"
Me: "Well what does Uncle Michael do?"
    Kendall: "Uncle Michael raise roof"
Me: "Okay, so what does daddy do?"
Kendall: "He go to the store"

Hahhaha. Apparently my husband goes to the store a lot. :)

  26. I love cookies, especially with frosting! I'm that person that eats the cookie, cake or cupcake first then the frosting last...nothing like "a spoon full of sugar"...I've also passed down that wonderful trait to my daughters too :)

    Oops! :)

Well, here it is: I once did a cartwheel on the (roped off and perfectly manicured) lawn at the Palace of Versailles in France - was there for a study abroad for school. Didn't get caught!

Oh yeah, and I'm "Sis Bacon" to "Ma Bacon" and she referred me :D

  29. Interesting huh? Ok here goes. All of my kids that are still living have a 7 in their birthdays. New baby is due on the 15th of December, and I am wondering if he will hold to the pattern.

  30. I'm not sure if I have anything interesting to say but saw when Jenny tried to persuade to start selling again and I was all for it. If I don't win I'm interested in learning more about the gingerbread shaped cookies. My daughter is in love with the Gingerbread book after they read it at school so I had to buy the book from the book fair, the hair bow from Fashionably Me boutique (Elizabeth Reyes) and hopefully some cute cookies from you.

  36. I flew 2400km on thanksgiving day (1200km there, and 1200km back) to take my 3 year old son to an appointment at our Children's hospital, without my nursing baby, left home at 6:30am and returned home at 10:15 pm after driving teh 45 minutes to the airport flying to Vancouver, taking public transit (which was all messed up because of all the snow they had recieved that night/morning) arrived at the hospital with 10 minutes to spare before the appointment, and back to the airport, plane was delayed and we didn't board until after we were supposed to be already in the air! WHAT AN ADVENTURE!!!
I CAN'T WAIT TO TRY YOUR COOKIES!!!
